Professional Experience
Mr. Hall practices in the areas of municipal bonds, industrial revenue bonds and other economic development incentives, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate work.
His experience includes serving as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel and trustee’s counsel in general litigation, tax revenue and project revenue bonds. Mr. Hall has also served as counsel to municipalities and to developers in connection with metropolitan redevelopment projects, including projects financed in part by metropolitan redevelopment bonds.
Mr. Hall is listed in Chambers & Partners- America’s Leading Lawyers for Business (2004) in corporate law, (2005 and 2006) in corporate law/mergers and acquisitions and (2007 and 2008) in corporate/commercial law. He is also listed in The Best Lawyers in America for his expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions law and securities law.
