Professional Experience

Mr. Hall is a director in the Albuquerque office. His professional experience and current practice include complex litigation and appeals in many areas (products liability, commercial, employment, environmental and professional liability). He has tried jury and non-jury cases at all levels of state and federal courts in New Mexico. He has been lead appellate counsel in a number of cases which established the parameters of medical malpractice and products liability law in New Mexico and has presented oral argument in the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Hall has achieved the highest Martindale-Hubbell rating.

He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America for his expertise in alternative dispute resolution, appellate law, Bet-the-Company litigation, commercial litigation, health care law, mass tort litigation, medical malpractice law, personal injury litigation and product liability litigation.

Mr. Hall was selected as one of the top 500 lawyers in the United States by Lawdragon Magazine, 2007.

Mr. Hall has served on various committees of the New Mexico Supreme Court and the U.S. Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. In 1977, he was selected the Outstanding Young Lawyer by the Young Lawyer's Section of the New Mexico Bar. In 1986, Mr. Hall was recognized by the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association for his dedication to the advancement of law. In 1993 he received the State Bar Outstanding Contribution Award for service on the UJI-Civil Committee. In 1995 he received the Albuquerque Bar Association's Outstanding Lawyer Award.
