Professional Experience
Mr. Bunting is a director in the Albuquerque office, and practices in the commercial litigation practice group. He concentrates his practice in complex construction litigation, professional liability defense of architects and engineers, complex commercial litigation, first party property claims, public procurement law, and the defense of construction site serious personal injury and wrongful death claims. His clients include general contractors, subcontractors, land developers, public and private project owners, insurers, sureties, architects, engineers, material suppliers, and others. Mr. Bunting is a frequent speaker on construction law issues.
Mr. Bunting has achieved the highest Martindale Hubbell rating. He is listed in the Best Lawyers in America for his expertise in construction law and commercial litigation.
Court Admissions
Mr. Bunting is admitted to practice before all New Mexico state and federal courts, as well as before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
