Professional Experience

Mrs. Constant is an associate in the Albuquerque office.  She practices in the Business Department primarily in the areas of Intellectual Property, specifically, patent, copyright and trademark law and entertainment law.  She is a registered patent attorney with the US Patent and Trademark Office.

Mrs. Constant brings over twenty years of business experience to her practice including two years as a Process Engineer at a nuclear-chemical processing plant in Washington State, fourteen years as a Process Engineer, Projects Manager and Department Manager at Intel, a major semiconductor manufacturing company, and five years in partnership with her husband running a small health care business.
