Professional Experience
Mr. Bohnhoff is a director and shareholder. He is a member of the Litigation Department where he serves as the Leader of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Bohnhoff represents clients in complex litigation in both federal and state courts. His practice concentrates in the areas of business and real estate litigation, including title, boundary, development and access disputes.
Mr. Bohnhoff served as Chief Assistant and Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Mexico in 1987-1989. In 1982-83, he clerked for Chief Judge Howard C. Bratton, United States District Court for the District of New Mexico. He was Executive Editor of the Columbia Journal of Environmental Law, 1981-82.
Mr. Bohnhoff has achieved the highest Martindale-Hubbell rating.
