Professional Experience
Mr. Askew is a Director in the Albuquerque office. Mr. Askew has developed a reputation as an aggressive and practical bankruptcy attorney. He brings more than 20 years of experience representing secured creditors, business debtors, creditor committees, trustees and other parties in interest in bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court workouts. Additionally, he has an active commercial and business litigation practice.
Mr. Askew served as law clerk to the Honorable Stewart Rose, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge, District of New Mexico, from 1987-1989.
