Professional Experience

Mr. Horwitz is a Director in the Albuquerque office and a member of the firm’s Business Department. He practices primarily in the area of public finance and has experience in a variety of financing structures, including industrial revenue bonds, municipal bonds, hospital revenue bonds and public improvement district bonds. Mr. Horwitz also advises clients in matters related to state and federal securities law and corporate governance.

Mr. Horwitz is included in New Mexico Business Weekly’s 40 Under 40 List of New Mexico’s most dynamic, successful and community-minded young business leaders for 2008.
