Professional Experience

Mr. Lowry is a shareholder and director in the Albuquerque office concentrating on employment and labor law. He has tried numerous employment cases in both state and federal court, and has represented clients before the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the New Mexico Court of Appeals. Mr. Lowry has represented both national and local clients in a wide variety of employment matters, including responding to federal and state agency investigations and litigating breach of contract and a range of discrimination lawsuits. Mr. Lowry works closely with employers to provide effective, efficient legal representation and to ensure that the employers' policies and practices comply with the law. He is certified by the New Mexico Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in Employment and Labor Law.

Mr. Lowry is listed in Southwest Super Lawyers-2007 for his expertise and experience in employment and labor law.

Mr. Lowry is included in New Mexico Business Weekly’s 40 Under 40 List of New Mexico’s most dynamic, successful and community-minded young business leaders for 2007.
