Professional Experience
Ms. Hernandez is a Director in the Litigation Department of the Albuquerque office. She specializes in defending corporations and individuals in lawsuits involving product liability, premises liability, and other general liability matters. She also has experience defending corporations and managers in cases involving allegations of employment discrimination. In addition to representing clients in all phases of pre-trial litigation, Ms. Hernandez also has trial experience in both bench and jury trials across the state of New Mexico. She has assisted in obtaining defense verdicts and judgments in automotive product liability, premises liability, and employment discrimination trials.
From 2003-2004, Ms. Hernandez served as a law clerk for the Honorable James O. Browning, United States District Judge, for the District of New Mexico.
