Professional Experience

Ms. Brayer is an Of Counsel Attorney in the Albuquerque office. She practices in the Litigation and Business Departments. Her practice includes general employment, commercial, banking and real estate law. Ms. Brayer defends clients in individual and class action litigations and appeals involving all types of employment, lender liability, foreclosure, and contract disputes. In her employment law practice, she defends employers in proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New Mexico Human Rights Division as well as state and federal courts.
