Professional Experience
Mr. Smith is a director in the Albuquerque office. He practices in the Litigation Department and is experienced in handling various types of commercial litigation, including natural resources and disputes and transactions involving Indian tribes, with particular focus on issues involving cultural resources, religious freedom, land claims and economic development. Mr. Smith has achieved the highest Martindale-Hubbell AV rating, and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America for Gaming Law, Mining Law and Native American Law. In addition, Mr. Smith is listed in Southwest Super Lawyers-2007 for his expertise and experience in business litigation.
