Professional Experience

Mr. Koller is a director in the Albuquerque office. He practices in the Litigation Department with a particular interest in handling the defense of products liability, personal injury, property damage and workers’ compensation actions. He is a member of the firm’s Product/General Liability practice group, and he serves on the firm’s Associates Committee.

Mr. Koller has tried numerous cases in state court, federal court and the New Mexico Workers’ Compensation Administration. He also has handled appeals in both the state and federal appellate courts.

Mr. Koller has achieved the highest Martindale-Hubbell rating, and is listed in Best Lawyers in America for personal injury litigation.
