Professional Experience

Mr. Beitler is a director in the Albuquerque office. His professional experience is in health law and litigation with an emphasis on medical malpractice defense. He has tried cases in both State and Federal Courts and has extensive experience representing physicians and other health care providers before the New Mexico Medical Review Commission. Mr. Beitler also has experience serving as a mediator in medical malpractice matters.

Mr. Beitler’s clients include HMOs, hospitals, physicians and other health care providers. He has served as chairman of the Trial Practice Section, Health Law Section and co-chairman of the Insurance Committee of the State Bar of New Mexico. Mr. Beitler is a current member of the New Mexico Medical Commission and has previously served on the Medical-Legal Liaison Committee.

Mr. Beitler has achieved the highest Martindale-Hubbell rating.
