Professional Experience
Mr. Franse is a director in the Albuquerque office. He practices in the Litigation Department with a particular interest in professional malpractice defense, medical malpractice defense, product liability, personal injury defense, entertainment and sports law. He is the group leader of the Professional Liability section.
During law school, he was the University of New Mexico representative to the American Bar Association - Law Student Division 1985-1987, and an honor student.
Mr. Franse has jury trial experience in both the state and federal courts. He has achieved the highest Martindale-Hubbell rating.
Mr. Franse is listed in Chambers & Partners- America’s Leading Lawyers for Business (2004) in the litigation department and in (2005) in litigation: general and commercial and in (2007) for Litigation: General Commercial and Litigation: Medical Malpractice and Insurance Defense.
