Professional Experience
Mr. Sparks is a director in the Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
He practices in the areas of insurance bad faith,
trucking litigation, professional liability (including
legal malpractice), products and general liability,
commercial litigation and real estate litigation. Mr.
Sparks also has experience in surety and construction
litigation.
Mr. Sparks was a law clerk for the Honorable John
E. Conway, Senior United States District Judge
for the District of New Mexico from 1994-1996. During
law school, Mr. Sparks was a staff member of the
University of New Mexico Law Review, and a Notes
and Comments Editor from 1993-1994.
