Professional Experience
Mr. Rinner is an associate in the Albuquerque office. He practices in both the Litigation and Business Departments with an emphasis in intellectual property law, particularly patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret law. His practice also includes licensing, unfair competition law and entertainment law, as well as general civil litigation.
Mr. Rinner served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of New Mexico School of Law as the instructor/coach for the 2007 and 2008 Intellectual Property Moot Court Competition teams.
As a law student, Mr. Rinner served as the Executive Lead Articles Editor for The John Marshall Law School Review of Intellectual Property Law. He also served as the President of the Intellectual Property Law Society, and was a judicial extern to the Honorable James F. Holderman, United States District Judge for the Northern District of Illinois.
