Professional Experience

Mr. Stahl is a director in the Albuquerque office and is the group leader of the firm’s Labor and Employment Law section. He is certified by the New Mexico Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in Employment and Labor Law. Mr. Stahl practices in the Litigation Department, where his practice focuses on the defense of employers in state and federal court, as well as in forums for alternative dispute resolution such as mediation and arbitration. In so doing, he has represented employers large and small in a wide range of employment actions, including claims of age, race, religion, sex and disability discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliatory discharge, breach of contract and defamation. Mr. Stahl also works with employers to prevent litigation by providing employer counseling and training on the legal aspects of human resource issues.
