Professional Experience

Ms. Parrish is a director in the Albuquerque office, and a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee. She practices in the Litigation Department with an emphasis on employment law and litigation, complex and high risk litigation, commercial litigation, and personal injury litigation including catastrophic injuries.  She has significant jury and non-jury trial experience.  She has presented oral argument in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.  Ms. Parrish is a certified specialist in Employment and Labor Law.

Ms. Parrish has defended corporate and individual clients in complex litigation matters including individual and class actions in the state and federal courts.  She also has handled commercial, personal injury, estate and trust, medical malpractice and professional liability litigation. She has extensive experience in resolving claims through alternative dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration.  Ms. Parrish is listed in Best Lawyers in America-2010 and 2011 for her expertise and experience in labor and employment law and commercial litigation and in Best Lawyers in America-2009 for her expertise and experience in labor and employment law.  Ms. Parrish is listed in Chambers & Partners--America’s Leading Lawyers for Business (2006), (2007) (2008), (2009) and (2010) as an employment specialist.  Chambers notes that Ms. Parrish is “reliable and well respected in the community.”  In addition, Ms. Parrish is listed in Southwest Super Lawyers-2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.
