Professional Experience

Mr. Brack practices in the Litigation Department, where he is a member of the professional liability practice group.  Mr. Brack’s practice focuses on medical malpractice defense, insurance defense, and personal injury. 

Mr. Brack has been practicing law in New Mexico for 16 years.  For the last 7 years, his practice has focused exclusively on litigation, including medical malpractice, trucking product liability and other personal injury.  Prior to joining the Rodey Law Firm, Mr. Brack’s experience included serving as the Curry County Attorney in Clovis, New Mexico. In addition, Mr. Brack taught legal research and writing courses at Clovis Community College.

Mr. Brack has been a national and local speaker on the subject of trial practice.
