Professional Experience:
Mr. Hall practices in the areas of municipal bonds, industrial revenue bonds and other economic development incentives, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate work.
His experience includes serving as bond counsel, underwriters counsel and trustees counsel in general litigation, tax revenue and project revenue bonds. Mr. Hall has also served as counsel to municipalities and to developers in connection with metropolitan redevelopment projects, including projects financed in part by metropolitan redevelopment bonds.
Mr. Hall is listed in Chambers & Partners- Americas Leading Lawyers for Business (2004) in corporate law, (2005 and 2006) in corporate law/mergers and acquisitions and (2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013) in corporate/commercial law.
