- Representation of developers and other borrowers in negotiation of loan documents and issuance of opinion letters.
- Negotiation and documentation of private and public bond and securities transactions of all kinds, and representation of trustees.
- Negotiation and documentation of letter of credit facilities.
- Negotiation and documentation of workouts and loan modifications.
- Representation of lenders and borrowers in foreclosure, collection, and bankruptcy actions involving all types of property, including real estate, mineral property, water rights, aircraft, and liquor licenses.
- Formation of bank holding companies, banks and branches in New Mexico.
- Acquisition of banks and branches in New Mexico.
- Documentation of deposit relationships.
- Negotiation and documentation of complex loans, including transactions involving public financing.
- Negotiation, documentation and interpretation of commercial and municipal letters of credit & liquidity facilities.
- Representation of Trustee counsel.
- Workout negotiations and documentation.
- Foreclosures, collections and bankruptcies of all types.
