- Representing New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology in its acquisition from Phelps Dodge Corporation of the Playas Townsite, a complete residential and commercial community in Southwestern New Mexico, which is now used primarily by agencies of the Federal Government for national security training.
- Serving as counsel for the University of New Mexico in connection with the sale of land in Mesa Del Sol to Forest City Covington for the development of a Master Plan mixed-use community.
- Representing the University of New Mexico in condemnation proceedings in which the City of Albuquerque sought to acquire additional land for airport expansion.
