Appellate Practice

Our attorneys are experienced in appellate practice at every level of the state and federal judicial systems. Rodey lawyers have represented litigants in many of the leading cases decided by the New Mexico appellate courts as well as in the United States Court of Appeals (Tenth Circuit) and the United States Supreme Court. Members of the firm's appellate practice group frequently join the trial litigation team to provide expertise in preparing for and handling proceedings at the appellate level. The firm has taken on major cases for clients at the appellate stage and has represented clients as amicus curiae before the New Mexico Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of the United States.
