Our Employee Benefits practice includes drafting and negotiating qualified and non-qualified retirement and executive compensation agreements. We provide advice to our clients regarding the operation of their retirement and benefit plans, including qualified domestic relation orders, ERISA litigation support and estate planning for participants. We also advise business clients on executive compensation and severance arrangements, including the effects of the new deferred compensation regulations. We design and provide consulting regarding welfare benefits, including cafeteria plans and HIPAA compliance.
