Rodey lawyers have a distinguished history of trying
and winning jury and non-jury cases in all of New
Mexico's state and federal courts. We have a reputation
of successfully arguing cases on appeal in the state
and federal systems. We work with our clients to
achieve the best possible settlement when a resolution
short of trial is appropriate. We always seek to
obtain the very best results for our clients at every
stage of the legal process.
Upon opening a case, we evaluate what is at stake.
With the help of the client, we determine an appropriate
staffing level for the matter. We draw upon the extensive
experience and backgrounds of our seasoned trial
lawyers and our associates to ensure that a client
facing litigation receives high quality, cost-effective
legal services in a timely fashion.
When litigation is not the best answer for our clients,
we advocate alternative dispute resolution. We have
successfully structured a mediation, arbitration,
mini trial or summary jury trial to resolve a case
before incurring the expense of discovery or trial.
Many of our lawyers are trained in ADR, and are frequently
retained as arbitrators and mediators.
