Practice Areas
Ms. Kamauoha is an associate in the Albuquerque office where she practices in the Business Department. Her practice focuses primarily in business transactions, taxation, estate planning, and real estate.
While attending Sandra Day O’Conner College of Law, Ms. Kamauoha was the Managing Editor for the Corporate and Business Law Journal. She received the CALI Awards in Federal Income Tax, Elder Law, and Contract Drafting & Negotiation.
She has experience with client interviews, drafting wills, healthcare powers of attorney, and living wills, as well as representation in probate and estate planning cases. Additionally, she has prepared employment-based visa petitions, conducted research on diverse legal topics, presented a CLE on Arizona appellate cases, and drafted legal documents such as Tender of Defense letters, mediation memoranda, and deposition outlines. Ms. Kamauoha has reviewed and drafted contracts including non-disclosure agreements, deposit account control agreements, event contracts, master services agreements, and vendor termination letters. Additionally, she developed internal procedures for NDA reviews, conducted research on employment law and UCC issues, and provided support for deposition and settlement conference preparation, motion drafting, and expert witness procurement.
