Mr. Bunting is a director in the Albuquerque office. He practices in the commercial litigation practice group. He concentrates his practice in complex construction litigation, professional liability defense of architects and engineers, realtors, real estate agents and insurance agents, complex commercial litigation, first party property claims, public procurement law, and the defense of construction site serious personal injury and wrongful death claims. His clients include general contractors, subcontractors, land developers, public and private project owners, insurers, sureties, architects, engineers, material suppliers, real estate agents and brokers, and insurance agents. Mr. Bunting is a frequent speaker on construction law issues.
