Ms. Melissa M. Christian is an attorney in the Albuquerque office. She practices in the Litigation Department with an emphasis on Employment Law. She has vast experience with labor issues, including representation proceedings, negotiations, and defending prohibited practice complaints. Throughout her practice she has worked in every stage of litigation, from initial claims through appellate work.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Christian served as the Managing Assistant City Attorney in the City of Albuquerque Legal Department, where she also advised staff on employment and labor matters. While attending the University of New Mexico School of Law, Ms. Christian served as a Law Clerk for the City Attorney’s Office in Albuquerque where she began her impressive career. Ms. Christian brings over ten years of work experience and expertise to the Litigation Department.
