Practice Areas
Ibrahim Al-Gahmi is an associate attorney in the Albuquerque office, where he is a member of the firm’s Business Department. He represents and advises clients on a wide range of business, real estate, and public finance transactions, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, assisting with mergers and acquisitions, structuring business entities, and supporting clients through complex real estate and financing matters.
Mr. Al-Gahmi earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of New Mexico School of Law. During law school, he served as a tutor for Elements of Legal Argumentation II and as Citation Editor for the New Mexico Law Review (2023–2024). He received the Frederick M. Hart Award for Excellence in Commercial Law and the CALI Award for Elements of Legal Argumentation I, and was named to the Dean’s List in both semesters of 2022 and 2023.
Mr. Al-Gahmi is recognized as a Southwest Super Lawyers Rising Star for his work in business and corporate law.
