Mr. Andrade is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, representing property owners, businesses, healthcare providers, and insurers in real estate, commercial, medical malpractice, professional liability, and other complex civil litigation. His real estate practice includes easement, boundary, eminent domain, and other property disputes.
Before joining Rodey, Mr. Andrade represented Fortune 100 companies and institutional clients in commercial, product liability, and premises liability matters. He also spent more than a decade serving as outside counsel, general counsel, and executive advisor to venture-backed real estate technology companies, advising on business operations, regulatory compliance, risk management, and strategic decision-making. His broad litigation and business experience informs a practical, results-oriented approach to resolving complex disputes.
