Tony A. Andrade

Mr. Andrade is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, where he represents healthcare providers, insurers, and businesses in medical malpractice, professional liability, commercial litigation, and other complex civil disputes.

Before joining Rodey, Mr. Andrade represented Fortune 100 companies and institutional clients in product liability, mass tort, commercial, and premises liability litigation. He also spent more than a decade serving as outside counsel, general counsel, and executive advisor to venture-backed technology companies, advising clients on business operations, regulatory compliance, risk management, and strategic decision-making. This experience informs his practical approach to complex litigation.
