Tyler Cuff is a Director in the Albuquerque office. He is a member of the Litigation Department where he focuses his practice in the areas of products and general liability defense. Mr. Cuff has represented a broad spectrum of clients in products liability and class action matters, breach of warranty claims, wrongful death claims, tort and personal injury claims, medical malpractice claims, professional liability claims and other areas of civil litigation.
Mr. Cuff has achieved the highest Martindale-Hubbell rating based on peer review. Mr. Cuff has also earned the designation of “Rising Star” in the 2014-2020 and 2022 editions of Southwest Super Lawyers for his experience and expertise in Personal Injury Defense. In 2021, Mr. Cuff was included in Albuquerque Business First’s 40 Under Forty List of New Mexico’s most dynamic, successful and community-minded young business leaders.
Mr. Cuff received his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2010. During law school, Mr. Cuff served as an Articles Editor for the Virginia Environmental Law Journal and as the Advocacy and Sponsorship Chair for the William Lile Moot Court Board.
