Mr. Blosser is an associate in the Albuquerque office where he practices in the Litigation Department. His practice focuses primarily in Products and General Liability as well as Trucking Defense.
While attending the University of New Mexico Law School, Mr. Blosser served as the Source and Citations Editor for the New Mexico Law Review. He competed on UNM’s National Environmental Moot Court Team, participated in the Natural Resources and Environmental Law Clinic, and received the Albert E. Utton Award for Excellence in Natural Resources Law. Mr. Blosser also served a Legal Writing Teaching Assistant and completed an externship for the honorable James O. Browning at the United States District Court.
Prior to law school, Mr. Blosser served for seven years as a Field Artillery Officer in the United States Army. Mr. Blosser is equipped with strong research and analytical skills, and the ability to provide practical solutions to complex legal challenges.
