Ursula Wilkinson is an associate attorney in the Business Department at Rodey Law Firm. She brings extensive international and government experience to her practice, with a background spanning diplomatic service, administrative law, and international regulatory compliance.
Ms. Wilkinson previously clerked with the U.S. Agency for International Development’s Office of the General Counsel in Washington, D.C., where she supported bureaus focused on Latin America, the Caribbean, and the Middle East. Her work included legal research and drafting memoranda on international procurement reform, dispute resolution mechanisms, and compliance issues. 
During law school, Ms. Wilkinson served as the Managing Editor of the Natural Resources Journal and the Secretary of the International Law Society. She also gained valuable experience externing at the New Mexico Court of Appeals. 
Before law school, Ms. Wilkinson served as a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State in Afghanistan and Mexico. In those roles, she led teams handling complex visa adjudications, investigated fraud and human trafficking, and collaborated with multiple federal agencies to ensure compliance with U.S. immigration and security laws. Her service earned multiple commendations, including the Department of State’s Leadership Honor Award and Group Meritorious Honor Award.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Ursula draws on her diplomatic and legal experience to provide thoughtful, practical solutions in her work with clients.
